Product Management Intern at FMHC – Cincinnati, Ohio

Product Management Intern, you will gain experience solving financial problems for our customers. This is an opportunity to learn how to create new features or products in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Assists the department with work assignments such as request reviews, competitive analysis, customer feedback, or feature feedback
2. Learn product management processes and responsibilities to create features or products from scratch
3. Conduct customer analysis and product validations to identify opportunities and make data-based recommendations
4. Participates in internship program activities as presented.
5. Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

1. Must be working towards a bachelor's degree in business, finance, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2. Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required.
3. Proficiency in communication tools [MS Teams, Zoom] or similar software is required.
4. Experience with Confluence is preferred.

Physical Environment

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift, walk, stand, sit, bend, reach with hands and arms, climb, push/pull, use hands, and see, hear, and speak.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
• This position is performed in a hybrid office setting, three to five days a week with typical work hours being 8.30a through 5.15p.
