Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of ensuring our community operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment and systems across our apartment community. Your expertise will help us uphold high standards of safety, reliability, and operational excellence, empowering us to deliver exceptional service and quality every day.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance in community apartment units, buildings
Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues using schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals.
Operate hand tools
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including plumbing, HVAC, Boilers, Plumbing, Appliances, Electrical, Painting, and general repairs.
Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment for all staff.
Provide outstanding customer service to all residents
Attend to sheduled emergency maintenance calls promptly
Requirements
Proven experience in maintenance with a focus on maintenance, appliance repair, plumbing and electrical systems.
Hands-on skills in repairing appliances, plumbing and electrical issues
Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Knowledge of residential painting techniques is an added benefit for facility upkeep tasks.
