Role Information
Location: Wesley Glen | 5155 N High St, Columbus, OH 43214
Schedule: Part-Time | 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM - schedule will vary

You, our Ideal Candidate
You are a licensed LPN with a passion for senior care and strong clinical judgment. You thrive in a collaborative environment and approach each resident with compassion, patience, and professionalism. You're committed to delivering high-quality nursing care and being a valued part of a mission-driven team in our Assisted Living and Memory Care units.
Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor residents' health and report changes promptly
  • Collaborate with caregivers and families to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment
Requirements
  • Valid Ohio LPN license
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
