Description: HTI is seeking a Production Supervisor – Night Shift (6PM–6AM) who is a dynamic, hands-on leader with a proven ability to drive performance, ensure quality, and foster a culture of safety and teamwork. This individual will support a nationally recognized food manufacturing company in Pineville, NC, known for its long-standing tradition of producing high-quality baked goods enjoyed across the country. This a direct hire opportunity working 12-hour night shifts (6PM–6AM, 4 days per week, weekends as needed). The position base is $60,000-$75,000/year with opportunity to make up to $100,000/year with overtime and a $5,000 hiring bonus (half paid at 3 months and 6 months).

- Computer literacy required; JD Edwards, SAP, or IR scanner experience preferred
- Commitment to safety awareness, including reporting incidents and maintaining OSHA compliance
What Your Role Will Look Like:
The Production Supervisor plays a key role in leading, training, and managing production teams to meet operational goals in a high-volume food manufacturing environment. This individual ensures compliance with quality, safety, and sanitation standards while driving performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supervise and schedule production team members to achieve daily output and quality objectives
- Monitor and enhance production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SQF, FDA, and OSHA standards
- Coach and mentor employees to promote engagement, development, and accountability
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve production challenges and optimize workflow
- Manage raw material inventory and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to maintain optimal operations
- Promote a culture of safety by enforcing company policies and leading by example
- Document and report production data, incidents, and process improvements
