Warehouse Associate at Medi USA - Medi Manufacturing, Inc. – Rochester Hills, Michigan

We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. This individual will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and stocking products, while ensuring all orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner based on priority and location
• Stock and replenish inventory in designated warehouse locations utilizing the scanner, paying attention to any inaccuracies
• Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition prior to shipping
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming shipments
• Follow all labeling and 3PL protocols
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., conveyor belt, pallet jack) as needed
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times
• Assist with cycle counts as required
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards
• Support additional warehouse tasks and projects as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Basic organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
