Maintenance and Renovation Technicians Needed at Riva Ridge Real Estate Services Inc – Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

• Assist with demolition, construction, and finishing tasks.
  
  
• Follow plans and instructions from renovation leads or supervisors.
  
  

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  
  
• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance to keep properties in excellent condition.
  
  

• Frame, install drywall, paint, and finish spaces.
  
  
• Install flooring, cabinetry, and fixtures.
  
  
• Support both minor and major renovation tasks.
  
  

• Install and repair plumbing systems (fixtures, pipes, water heaters).
  
  
• Perform basic electrical work (outlets, switches, lighting).
  
  

• Load/unload materials, maintain clean and organized work areas.
  
  
• Ensure tools and equipment are in good working order.
  
  

Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
  
• Valid driver’s license.
  
  
• Experience in maintenance or construction a plus—but not required!
  
  
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
  
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
  
  
• Ability to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines.
  
  
• Flexibility to adapt to emergencies, weather, and changing tasks.
