This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion within mid-market organizations by executing strategic, value-based sales. The Commercial Account Executive will manage complex, multi-threaded sales cycles, engaging with senior stakeholders to position solutions that deliver measurable business impact. Success in this role involves building strong relationships, leading negotiations, and collaborating across internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership growth. The position requires a self-directed, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and is motivated by exceeding ambitious sales targets. This role offers autonomy while providing the resources and support necessary to execute high-impact initiatives and deliver results.
- Drive revenue and market expansion through strategic deal structuring and solution selling to mid-market clients
- Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, including C-Level and VP executives
- Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships to create advocates and secure long-term partnerships
- Own pre-sale negotiations, contracts, and value-based positioning aligned to client ROI and business impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Development, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to achieve sales outcomes
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies targeting mid-market accounts, identifying new prospects and opportunities
- Maintain rigorous pipeline management, account planning, and forecasting to ensure predictable, repeatable sales results
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience closing five- and six-figure B2B SaaS deals with mid-market organizations (500–1,500 employees)
- Proven ability to execute value-based selling and deliver consistent sales results
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-Level and VP stakeholders
- Experience navigating complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with strategic account management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Operational discipline in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene
- Strategic thinking with the ability to create long-term account plans and respond to evolving client needs
- Passion for leveraging AI and technology to drive productivity and client impact
- Self-motivated, bias to action, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Competitive base salary with On Target Earnings (OTE) of $190,000–$230,000 per year depending on location and experience
