Receiver- Loader Operator at SIMMONS GRAIN CO. – Salem, Ohio

The operator is responsible for receiving and loading of bulk agricultural commodities in accordance with the Current Standard Operating Procedures and Current Good Manufacturing Practices established at the facility. In addition, the operator will perform housekeeping activities, maintenance and repair of equipment, and quality checks on the product. The operator is responsible for compliance with all company, local, state and federal policies, laws, and regulations.

A minimum requirement of a high school degree or equivalent

Weekend work is required assisting with plant operations.

Operate a forklift & skid loader with 3,000 pounds of material

Knowledge of processing equipment operation and maintenance

Ability to lift 80 pounds and climb ladders

Perform other duties as assigned
