2nd SHIFT PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR at Rely Innovations – Janesville, Wisconsin

DEPARTMENT: Operations

REPORTS TO: Production Superintendent

POSITION SUMMARY: Duties of the production supervisor includes directing and supervising employees for production operations to meet delivery deadlines. This is a hands on position with responsibility for scrap and efficiency rates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Supervise employees on the production floor

2. Conduct annual reviews for employees performance

3. Monitor and prioritize work flow of production to meet deadlines

4. Monitor all health and safety standards, customer requirements and company standards are being met

5. Provide direction and schedule to production employees each day.

6. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

This position has direct supervisory responsibilities.

POSITION TYPE:

This is a Salary non-exempt full-time position.

HOURS:

2:30pm - 2am

TRAVEL:

Travel (less than 10% of work time).

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Must have the ability to problem solve and maintain equipment.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc)
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Associates Degree or 2 year comparable experience is required.
• MUST have a BATFE approved Employee Possessor License
