Overview

Job Duties:

• Accurately process a high volume of data into the Shipyard Discrepancy Control System, 7G, in support of all Shipyard Key Events
• Support various administrative tasks within MS Word, Excel, Power-Point and Adobe
• Attention to detail is essential due to the processing of the heavy volume of multiple documents
• Organizing and filing various documents and files into binders and drawers
• Interface with various levels of management
• Cross-training of office functions will be expected to ensure full coverage of responsibilities
• Based on the ship's schedule, willingness to work weekend overtime is required
• Maintaining and ordering office inventory

This position is 100% on site located at our Groton, CT facility.

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years relevant administrative/clerical experience in an office setting
