About This Position
Description:
The Marketing Associate plays a key role in executing day-to-day marketing initiatives across Lupoli Hospitality Group’s restaurant and hospitality portfolio, including 34 Park, Skyline Social, BOSA Coastal Italian, Aces & Eights, Main Sail Hotel, and Harris.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role supporting social media, digital marketing, events, and in-store promotions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Requirements:Social Media & Content Execution
- Execute social media strategy across all brands with a consistent weekly cadence:
- Instagram / Facebook: 4 feed posts + 10–12 stories
- TikTok: 2–3 short-form videos
- Google Business Profile: 1 post per week (events/specials)
- Set up and manage Facebook and Eventbrite events
- Respond to all comments, messages, and tags in a timely manner
- Monitor and track online reviews; coordinate responses with restaurant managers
- Identify, coordinate, and manage influencer partnerships
- Ensure all brand websites are accurate and up to date (menus, hours, pricing, imagery)
- Maintain event calendars and build RSVP/ticketing pages as needed
- Support updates across mobile and desktop experiences
- Maintain DoorDash and Paytronix platforms with accurate menus, pricing, and photos
- Execute DoorDash promotions in alignment with marketing initiatives
- Monitor platform performance and flag opportunities for improvement
- Assist in execution and tracking of paid social and Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor KPIs and report on performance
- Support SEO efforts including image tagging, meta descriptions, and keyword optimization
- Update food, beverage, catering, and private event menus as needed
- Coordinate printing and ensure adequate inventory across locations
- Print, distribute, and install signage, table tents, and promotional materials
- Ensure all in-store marketing materials are current and accurate
- Create and send a minimum of 2 email campaigns per month
- Grow and maintain email database (OpenTable, website forms, etc.)
- Assist with campaign tracking and performance insights
- Coordinate and assist with photo/video shoots for food, beverage, events, and seasonal campaigns
- Ensure consistent brand look and feel across all content
- Coordinate with PR partners to share event and brand updates
- Serve as a point of contact for local chambers and community organizations
- Support sponsorships, partnerships, and donation efforts
- Assist in planning and execution of events such as wine dinners, themed nights, and promotions
- Support logistics including ordering materials, setup, and on-site coordination
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related field
- Hospitality experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with Canva required
- Familiarity with Constant Contact, Squarespace/Wix, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Experience with social media platforms and analytics tools
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
