Operating in a fully remote setup aligned with UK business hours, you will collaborate with internal specialists across paid media, SEO, and web to deliver impactful campaigns. The position requires both analytical thinking and strong client leadership to translate complex performance data into clear business insights. You will play a central role in shaping marketing strategy, optimizing campaigns, and strengthening long-term client relationships. This is a high-responsibility role within a fast-paced agency environment focused on measurable growth and international exposure.
- Lead end-to-end client relationships as a strategic advisor, ensuring alignment between marketing activity and business growth objectives
- Translate client goals into clear, actionable campaign briefs across paid media, SEO, and web teams
- Manage and oversee digital marketing campaigns with a focus on enrolment growth and occupancy performance
- Conduct high-level client meetings with structured communication, authority, and strategic insight
- Deliver performance reporting that goes beyond data, explaining insights, trends, and strategic recommendations
- Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets with strong operational discipline
- Collaborate with internal specialists to ensure seamless execution of integrated marketing strategies
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and client outcomes
- 5–10 years of experience in client services or account management within a marketing agency environment
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination and strategic briefing for digital campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, performance metrics, and campaign optimization
- Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and act as a trusted marketing advisor
- Experience working with or exposure to education, childcare, or UK-based service markets is highly advantageous
