This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, content strategy, and demand generation within a fast-growing, remote-first SaaS environment. You will be responsible for shaping how the brand is perceived in the market through high-impact content, clear messaging, and consistent storytelling across all touchpoints. The position combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can define content direction while also producing and managing high-quality marketing assets. You will play a key role in supporting product launches, driving lead generation, enabling sales teams, and strengthening brand presence across multiple channels. Working closely with growth, product marketing, and sales teams, you will translate business priorities and customer insights into compelling narratives. This is a highly cross-functional role with strong visibility and direct impact on both brand perception and business performance.
- Define and lead the content strategy across the full funnel, aligned with business goals, ICPs, and go-to-market priorities.
- Translate product, marketing, and business objectives into clear content themes, narratives, and editorial direction.
- Plan and manage multi-channel content across web, SEO, email, lifecycle, social, webinars, case studies, and sales enablement assets.
- Own the development of brand messaging, tone of voice, and storytelling consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Create and oversee high-impact content assets that support awareness, acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion.
- Produce or manage content such as landing pages, blog articles, case studies, reports, guides, emails, scripts, and presentation materials.
- Manage end-to-end content production workflows, from briefing and ideation to creation, review, and publishing.
- Coordinate freelancers, contractors, designers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate closely with product marketing, growth, sales, and CX teams to align content with customer needs and market positioning.
- Conduct ongoing research into customer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to guide editorial priorities.
- Support distribution thinking by optimizing content for reuse across channels and performance-driven campaigns.
- Build scalable content processes, templates, and frameworks to support long-term marketing growth.
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing, or related roles in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or tech-enabled environments.
- Strong storytelling and writing skills across multiple formats and audiences.
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on content execution.
- Experience building content strategies that directly support business and revenue goals.
- Strong editorial judgment with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear narratives.
- Experience managing external contributors such as freelancers, writers, or designers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
- Good understanding of how content supports SEO, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and sales enablement.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams.
- Bonus: experience in influencer marketing, UGC, creator economy, MarTech, or AdTech.
- Bonus: experience with webinars, thought leadership, or founder-led content initiatives.
- Bonus: familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Canva and AI-assisted content workflows.
