Assitant Manager at KSB GIW Inc. – Kesurdi

Act as a single point of contact for projects from order handover to final delivery

Support contract review, scope clarity, and compliance monitoring

Track project schedules, milestones, CDD, and ensure timely techno-commercial closures

Coordinate preparation and submission of project documents with Order Engineering

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments for approvals and clearances

Support invoicing, payment follow-ups, and MRB documentation

Identify risks impacting delivery and LD exposure; obtain extensions where required

Coordinate ABG, PBG, and LC-related follow-ups

Travelling to customer/consultant offices/ suppliers works as per need.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

4–8 years of experience in Project / Contract Management

Experience in pump industry projects preferred

Exposure to Oil & Gas projects will be an added advantage

Project coordination and contract understanding

Strong follow-up, communication, and business acumen

Fluent verbal and written communication in English

Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office (MS Project preferred)
