About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Delivery & Quality Lead to drive the successful execution of our software platform initiatives. This role blends agile facilitation, project coordination, and platform testing to ensure features move smoothly from idea to production with high quality and predictability.
You will work closely with engineering, product, and stakeholders to keep delivery on track while maintaining strong testing discipline across releases.
Key Responsibilities
Agile & Scrum Leadership
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Remove blockers and help the team maintain consistent sprint velocity
- Coach team members on agile best practices
- Track sprint metrics and continuously improve team processes
Project & Delivery Management
- Own project timelines, scope tracking, and delivery milestones
- Coordinate work across engineering, product, and external stakeholders
- Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans
- Maintain delivery visibility through reports, dashboards, and status updates
- Ensure priorities are clear and work is aligned with business goals
Platform Testing & Quality Assurance
- Develop and execute functional and regression test plans
- Validate new features before release
- Reproduce, document, and track defects
- Collaborate with developers to ensure issues are resolved
- Support release validation and post-release checks
What Success Looks Like
- Sprints run predictably and with minimal disruption
- Releases go out with low defect rates
- Stakeholders have clear visibility into timelines and progress
- Risks are identified early rather than becoming emergencies
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Delivery Lead in software environments
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams
- Hands-on software testing experience (web/app/platform testing)
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in startups or fast-moving environments
- Knowledge of test automation tools
- Technical background or ability to understand system architecture
Why This Role Is Unique
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both process leadership and hands-on quality work — helping teams move fast and ship reliable software.
