Job Title: Product Analyst
Duration: Long Term
Location: New York, NY (Onsite/Hybrid)
We are looking for a Product Analyst to support product and program delivery in close collaboration with technology teams. This role focuses on data analysis, platform health monitoring, and Agile delivery support to ensure scalable, high-quality product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with product, program, and technology teams to support feature delivery across the development lifecycle.
• Define, track, and report platform health metrics including KPIs and SLAs.
• Author clear user stories with strong acceptance criteria and supporting documentation.
• Participate in sprint execution, UAT, impediment mitigation, and delivery tracking against commitments.
• Review and support data flows, standardization, and governance across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies, gaps, and migration readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Product Analysis, Product Management, or Program Management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced Agile environments.
• Foundation data skills, including SQL, Python, Hive, and UNIX.
• Experience with system analysis, big data platforms (Hadoop), data warehousing, and BI tools.
• Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile and tools such as Rally, Atlassian Suite, and Slack.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
