Intermountain Electronics (IE) is a leading provider and manufacturer of custom-engineered Process, Electrical Control, and Power Distribution turn-key solutions to the Data Center, Industrial, Power/Utility, Oil & Gas, Mining industries in North America. Our products range from large-scale one-off custom Power Distribution, Control and Process systems to standard off-the-shelf electronic/electro-mechanical components. Reporting directly to the Project Manager Supervisor we are currently seeking a Quality Administrator to be based at our headquarters in Price, Ut.

Position Summary: Under limited supervision, manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and
provide electrical design work by performing the following duties.
Work Schedule: 100% In-Office Position; Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:30 pm (every other Friday off)
Essential Functions. Other Duties May Be Assigned.
Quality/Document Control
• Work with inspectors to meet their QA print standards.
• Conduct final inspections ensuring IE quality standards are met and that products are loaded and secured
properly.
• Maintain records of all documents that are sent to the customer
• Conducts a quality check of all documents and reports, verifying accuracy of data, information, and calculations
• Monitor, train, encourage, and ensure compliance with IE quality control system
• Keep a running log on all B.E.R, NCR’s, CAR’s, and PAR’s
• Active QMS team member
• Finalize project travelers; File QMS actions
• Maintain and monitor compliance with ISO 9001:2008 requirements
• Conducts audits
• Completes customer surveys
• Keep all current, archived, and web files organized.
• Conduct QA meetings
Other Essential Duties
• Maintains regular and consistent job attendance. Comes to work on time.

Requirements:Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) in Business, Quality Systems, Technical Administration, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred); plus five to ten years of related experience in quality administration, document control, or manufacturing support; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong background in document control processes, revision management, and records retention within a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Experience supporting quality systems in accordance with industry and regulatory standards (ISO 9001 experience preferred).
- Familiarity with production and manufacturing environments, preferably within electrical distribution, power, or mining industries.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and document management systems.
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of employees and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid analytical and basic math skills to support reporting and data tracking.
- Ability to prioritize work effectively and operate with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of industry and regulatory compliance requirements relevant to quality documentation and manufacturing standards.
- Self-motivated team player with a results-driven mindset focused on delivering value to the organization.
