If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Main Office team at Ocean Lakes Family Campground! We’re looking for friendly, upbeat, and organized Reservation Clerks to help campers kick off their stay the right way. Around here, you’re not just checking people in — you’re starting their vacation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Every day is a little different, but you’ll be right in the middle of the action:

• Check Campers In & get them vacation-ready
• Welcome guests, register them into the campground, issue car passes, and make sure they’re all set to enjoy their stay.
• Be a phone hero - Answer calls, help guests with questions, and assist with reservations when people are planning their beach getaway.
• Reservation wizard - Create, update, and cancel reservations while handling deposits, refunds, and transfers like a pro.
• Money matters - Collect and process payments from campers, annual leaseholders, and storage customers.
• Help with Camper Storage - Assist owners placing their campers in storage, complete paperwork, and enter storage records.
