Noble Biomaterials, Inc is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our 3pm-11pm shift. As a Maintenance Technician it will be your job to keep our manufacturing equipment running smoothly. This role includes regular inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance. You’ll help with day-to-day maintenance tasks, keep accurate records, and ensure a safe working environment.

What You’ll Get:

  • Starting Pay: $19.00/hour

  • Extra $1.00/hour during 2nd shift hours

What You’ll Do:

  • Inspect and maintain equipment to catch issues early

  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance

  • Troubleshoot and fix equipment problems

  • Respond quickly to maintenance requests

  • Keep clear records of repairs and parts used

  • Work closely with team members across departments

  • Track inventory of tools and parts

  • Follow all safety rules and procedures

  • Suggest ways to improve equipment and processes

  • Use maintenance software (CMMS) and Microsoft Office

  • Be available for on-call work, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

  • Take on other duties as assigned

The Skills You'll Need:

  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

  • Skilled in using tools and reading technical manuals

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and stay organized

  • Good communication skills

  • Basic computer skills

  • Work in varied indoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED; additional technical certifications or training in maintenance or related fields is a plus.

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or a similar role, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.

  • Age 18+ with reliable transportation

  • Must be able to train on 1st shift (7am-3pm)
