This role is ideal for a seasoned B2B sales professional who thrives in complex, high-growth enterprise environments. You will own the full sales cycle for large enterprise accounts, engaging with decision-makers to understand their business needs and delivering solutions that drive long-term value. The position requires building strategic relationships, managing multiple stakeholders, and navigating complex buying processes with operational and technical credibility. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align sales, customer success, and product insights, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Success in this role demands a consultative, value-driven approach, strong pipeline management, and the ability to close high-value deals.
Accountabilities:
  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from prospecting to close, including discovery, demos, proposals, and contract negotiation.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand revenue and strengthen long-term relationships with large organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet technical, operational, and business requirements.
  • Drive pipeline generation and maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, understanding their challenges and guiding them to value-driven solutions.
  • Share insights from customer interactions with internal teams to influence product development, pricing strategy, and operational improvements.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • 2+ years of experience selling to companies with 1,000+ employees, including navigating complex decision-making processes.
  • Strong familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Experience engaging technical buyers in IT, Security, or GRC functions; cybersecurity experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and close high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales productivity tools; disciplined in pipeline and deal management.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and functions.
