About the Role
Overview:
Measurabl is seeking a high-performing, enterprise Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition and expansion across EMEA. This individual will play a critical role in accelerating revenue growth by partnering with commercial real estate owners, operators, and asset managers navigating an increasingly complex sustainability and regulatory landscape.
This is a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role focused on strategic accounts across the UK and broader European markets. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of commercial real estate, energy management, sustainability reporting requirements, and enterprise SaaS sales execution.
You will work cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to deliver measurable outcomes for clients while building durable, long-term revenue streams for Measurabl.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Pipeline Development & New Business Growth
- Build and manage a high-quality enterprise pipeline across EMEA
- Identify, prospect, and engage senior stakeholders across sustainability, asset management, finance, and operations
- Lead consultative discovery conversations to uncover regulatory, operational, and reporting pain points
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for priority targets
- Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Manage opportunities from initial outreach through contract execution
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations in partnership with Solutions Engineering
- Coordinate and contribute to RFP and RFI responses
- Prepare pricing proposals and commercial terms
- Partner with Legal to negotiate and redline contracts
- Maintain disciplined forecasting and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce
- Own upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Develop multi-threaded relationships within complex organizations
- Represent Measurabl at industry conferences and events across the UK and EuropeEMEA
- Position Measurabl as a trusted sustainability data partner within the commercial real estate ecosystem
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term account health
- Collaborate with Marketing on regional campaigns and market positioning
- Provide structured market feedback to Product and leadership the specific responsibilities and job functions of the role
Education & Experience:

- 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling into commercial real estate, asset managers, REITs, private equity real estate, or related financial institutions
- Familiarity with sustainability reporting, building performance standards, or regulatory frameworks across the UK and EU
- Proven ability to close $100k+ ACV enterprise deals
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage C-level stakeholders
- Experience managing and responding to complex RFP processes
- Disciplined forecaster with demonstrated CRM rigor
- Highly self-motivated, structured, and comfortable operating in a high-growth environment
Supervisory Responsibility:
- This job has no supervisory responsibilities
Compensation Range:
- £45,000 to £60,000
