You will oversee the full HRIS ecosystem, driving system implementations, enhancements, and governance to streamline workflows and improve organizational efficiency. Accountabilities

Lead the HRIS team, providing coaching, development, and mentorship to HRIS Analysts.
Assess organizational needs and current HR systems, recommending enhancements and improvements to optimize processes.
Oversee the deployment and maintenance of HRIS tools, ensuring systems operate efficiently and securely.
Collaborate with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement system improvements.
Partner with IT teams to ensure HR systems align with overall company technology strategy.
Standardize ticketing workflows, monitor SLAs, and ensure timely, high-quality support for HR system users.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
Establish best practices for HRIS governance, permissions, and compliance with global privacy regulations.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and training resources for end users across the organization.

Requirements

68 years of experience with HRIS systems, with hands-on Workday experience strongly preferred.
Prior experience managing or leading small teams, with a collaborative and coaching-oriented approach.
Exposure to global HR operations (supporting 610+ countries) is highly desirable.
Deep knowledge of HRIS concepts, principles, and best practices, including payroll, learning, recognition, and HRIS/ERP integrations.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a service-oriented mindset.
Experience managing ticketing or request queues (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow, JIRA) to ensure high user satisfaction.
Ability to balance global strategy with local requirements and navigate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with HR data to identify trends, insights, and efficiencies.
Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with HR data.
