Accountabilities
  • Independent Drafting & Negotiation: Lead the end-to-end negotiation of commercial contracts including service agreements and confidentiality agreements.
  • Bespoke Contract Creation: Create ad-hoc agreements and custom language for unique partnerships.
  • Strategic Advisory: Identify legal and business risks, providing clear advice to sales and operational teams.
  • Process Innovation: Use AI to enhance the contracting process and support operational improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal experts to ensure compliance with healthcare laws and policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Law degree from an accredited institution and valid state bar membership.
  • Experience: 5+ years of legal experience in-house or at a law firm.
  • Transactional Expertise: Proven track record in negotiating complex technology and healthcare contracts.
  • Drafting Skills: Ability to draft and redline commercial documents with precision.
  • Strategic Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
