In this role, you will lead and oversee the MRB process, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Your responsibilities will have a substantial impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of aircraft maintenance programs, supporting the delivery of innovative and sustainable air travel solutions. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to enhance processes, drive initiatives, and propose tailored maintenance solutions that meet the needs of customers globally. Your expertise will not only contribute to internal improvements but also play a vital role in connecting communities and businesses through aviation.Accountabilities

• Lead ATR MRB process, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations (PART21, IMPS, MSG-3).
• Monitor MSG-3 and IMPS regulation evolutions, implementing necessary process modifications.
• Drive initiatives aimed at lowering DMC.
• Ensure project delivery as per committed planning through calendar optimization.
• Support the development of a new MRBR production tool.
• Develop innovative solutions for 'tailored' maintenance program evolution for customers.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance program management.
• Active participation in international maintenance working groups.
• A CAMO experience would be a plus.
• Solid expertise in MSG-3/MRB process and associated regulations.
• Good knowledge of aircraft modification certification process.
• Knowledge of ATR aircraft systems and structures is appreciated.
• Fluency in English (C1 minimum) and French; Italian is a plus.
