• Partner with cross-functional teams and act as the Credit point of contact managing the end-to-end credit strategy.
• Utilize alternative data to enhance the credit strategy aimed at expanding accessibility for low FICO and credit invisible consumers.
• Collaborate with the Machine Learning team to refine our underwriting framework for high average order value transactions.
• Support the formation of new products and explore new verticals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the credit risk field.
• Ability to identify opportunities and develop comprehensive strategy plans.
• Solid understanding of lending industry fundamentals and credit risk management.
• Proficient in SQL and experienced with Python.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate and influence across various teams.
• Excellent communication skills for clearly conveying insights to diverse audiences.
