- Partner with cross-functional teams and act as the Credit point of contact managing the end-to-end credit strategy.
- Utilize alternative data to enhance the credit strategy aimed at expanding accessibility for low FICO and credit invisible consumers.
- Collaborate with the Machine Learning team to refine our underwriting framework for high average order value transactions.
- Support the formation of new products and explore new verticals.
- 7+ years of experience in the credit risk field.
- Ability to identify opportunities and develop comprehensive strategy plans.
- Solid understanding of lending industry fundamentals and credit risk management.
- Proficient in SQL and experienced with Python.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across various teams.
- Excellent communication skills for clearly conveying insights to diverse audiences.
