• Manage blade asset health for customers through the Horizon platform.
• Provide expert guidance on criticality and risk evaluation of wind turbine blade damages.
• Develop repair priority schedules and manage field work within work order module.
• Conduct budget development for repair projects and inspection strategies.
• Review blade repair reports for documentation standards and industry best practices.
• Offer real-time engineering support for ongoing blade repairs.
• Lead or participate in customer projects, including technology assessments and report generation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new opportunities for blade asset management.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in wind energy blade engineering.
• Expertise in composite materials and blade design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teams across multiple locations.
• Customer-focused with a self-starter mentality.
