Personal Injury Case Manager
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to join our legal team. The Case Manager will be responsible for managing a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution, ensuring exceptional client service, accurate documentation, and consistent communication with clients, attorneys, and third parties. This role is critical to delivering a high-quality client experience and supporting successful case outcomes.
Responsibilities: Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other injury claims Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and providing case updates Coordinate medical treatment, obtain medical records and bills, and track ongoing care Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claims, coverage, and status Prepare and organize case documentation, including demand packages and settlement materials Ensure accurate and timely data entry and case management within the firms case management system Monitor deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure compliance with firm procedures Collaborate closely with attorneys, demand specialists, and support staff to move cases efficiently Identify case issues and escalate concerns to supervising attorneys when necessary Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compassion in all client interactions
Skills: Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or similar role in a personal injury law firm Strong knowledge of personal injury case flow, medical records, and insurance processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with case management software; Filevine experience preferred Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Experience: Experience working with Texas personal injury claims Experience preparing or assisting with settlement demands Familiarity with medical terminology and billing
