REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum age of 21
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum two years of bartending experience, with private club experience preferred
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems
• Positive attitude and high energy

WORK SCHEDULE:

Shifts vary, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a stocked and organized bar area
• Prepare and serve beverages with accuracy and efficiency
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions
• Practice beverage and revenue control procedures
• Provide excellent service to members and guests
• Maintain knowledge of menus and specials
• Execute opening and closing procedures
• Build rapport with members and guests
