Overview
Sev1Tech has an opportunity for a Training Developer Team Lead with extensive instructional design experience in various applications, including developing Training Support Packages, POIs, and examinations. In this role, the candidate will coordinate cross-functional efforts to accomplish assigned tasks to support PM C2 Transport (PM C2T). The candidate will also create visual text and imagery concepts, by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate the customer.The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the team and motivating them to complete their duties effectively. Their duties include training new members and communicating with upper management to determine the best methods for meeting business goals. You will work closely with the RMD team and other key stakeholders to brainstorm and create high-quality video content that reflects PMTR priorities.This position will be in Augusta, GA and requires an active DoD Secret clearance.Primary Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To:

- Responsible for making sure the Mission Leads are properly prepared for each mission.
- Monitor and mentor team members.
- Ensure team members are trained and fully certified prior to them leading a mission.
- Create and distribute reports to update the Training Manager on the team’s progress.
- Determine completion timeline and monitor progress to keep projects on track and on schedule.
- Communicate clear instructions to team members.
- Listen to team members' feedback.
- Manage the flow of day-to-day operations of the team.
- Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Plan and organize team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with established company and regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding customer care.
- Review upcoming project deadlines and communicate with upper management about new project needs.
- Lead and motivate the team.
- Develop team strengths and improve weaknesses.
- Demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality motion graphic deliverables that meet PM requirements and exceed expectations.
- Contributing to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table, contributing to the overall success of the training development team.
- Presenting Must be knowledgeable of and experienced in the formulation and execution of organizational training programs.
- Assist in the development of Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) products.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of communication experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience with the PM C2T family of systems.
- Must be knowledgeable of and experienced in the formulation and execution of organizational training programs.
- Versed in the Curriculum Development
- Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas.
- Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Must be knowledgeable of and experienced in the formulation and execution of organizational training programs.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented. Able to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and adjust to changing demands.
- Possess a can-do attitude bringing energy and an interest to learn and grow with the company.
- Travel is required

Qualifications
- Prior military experience is a plus
- Familiarity with set-up procedures and configuration of DCGS-A Family of Systems and associated HW and SW is a plus.
