Our mission: empower lenders with tools that drive efficiency, compliance, and growth. We do this by providing the industry’s most comprehensive and intuitive loan management platform.

This role will be based in our new Silicon Valley innovation lab, leading the charge in AI-first innovation.

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Director / VP level Product Management Leader to lead the creation of our AI‑first Loan Origination (LO) product, from concept to launch. This is a rare opportunity to build a ground‑up platform in a high‑impact domain while shaping the product, culture, and strategy for our new San Mateo innovation hub.

The ideal candidate has deep startup experience, especially taking AI‑powered products from 0→1, and thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments. You will partner closely with our President & CPO, engineering leadership, and early customers to define, prioritize, and deliver an intelligent, automated LOS that reimagines how loans are originated.

What you'll do

  • Define and own product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI-driven LOS
  • Lead 0→1 product development: ideation → MVP → full-scale launch
  • Conduct deep customer discovery across private, specialty, and affordable lending
  • Translate insights into MRDs, PRDs, and user requirements
  • Partner with engineering, AI/ML, UX, GTM, and operations for high-quality releases
  • Establish product processes, metrics, and execution standards
  • Help build and scale SF-based product and engineering hub
  • Serve as visible cross-functional leader with executive presence

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in product management, including 3–5 years in senior leadership
  • Proven track record taking AI-enabled products from 0→1 in startup/high-growth environments
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate with engineering and AI/ML teams
  • Fintech or lending experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills; ability to influence at all levels
  • Experience building or leading product teams
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and scaling new teams or product lines

Compensation

  • Base salary: $200,000 – $250,000
  • Bonus Target: 20%
  • This role offers meaningful long-term upside through future equity participation.
  • High visibility and significant impact.

Why Join Us?

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) with company funded match.
  • Mission-driven company with a 45+ year legacy and industry-leading products trusted by thousands of lenders.
  • Collaborative, supportive team known for long tenure, deep expertise, and a culture built on trust and integrity.
  • Help modernize and evolve the leading platform in private lending technology.
  • Beautiful Huntington Beach or San Mateo office with a tight-knit culture.
  • Competitive compensation and room for professional growth.
  • Performance-based bonuses.
  • Generous PTO.
  • Modern workspace with on-site amenities.
