Our Social Media & Content Specialists play a key role in building community engagement and brand presence for a portfolio of clinics within our network.

Position Overview:
The Social Media & Content Specialist will manage and execute social media, email, and influencer strategies across multiple clinics. This role requires creativity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously. The ideal candidate is passionate about the medical aesthetics industry, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies for a portfolio of clinics to increase engagement, brand awareness, and community growth.
  • Create, curate, and schedule compelling content (images, videos, reels, stories) tailored to each clinic’s audience.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner, fostering community engagement.

Community Management:

  • Act as the online voice of the clinics by engaging with followers and ensuring alignment with the brand’s tone and values.
  • Monitor online conversations and identify opportunities to enhance brand reputation and connect with the audience.

Influencer Outreach and Partnerships:

  • Identify and build relationships with influencers and local community leaders who align with clinic brands.
  • Manage influencer collaborations, ensuring content delivery meets expectations and timelines.
  • Track and report on influencer campaign performance.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Track and report on the performance of social media, email campaigns, and influencer partnerships using analytics tools.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize future campaigns.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with clinic teams to understand their goals, promotions, and content needs.
  • Coordinate with the broader marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Partner with graphic designers and content creators to develop high-quality assets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the medical aesthetics or beauty industry.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and analytics tools.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite).
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and content creation best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
