This role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead channel sales initiatives and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships. You will manage a defined territory, collaborating closely with channel partners to co-develop business plans, execute joint sales strategies, and expand market presence. This position blends strategic planning with hands-on sales execution, including forecasting, pipeline management, partner training, and promotional activities. You will act as a primary point of contact for partners, cultivating strong executive-level relationships while ensuring alignment on business goals and customer needs. The role requires a balance of analytical skills, commercial acumen, and relationship management, set within a flexible remote environment with moderate travel expectations. Your contributions will directly impact partner satisfaction, market share, and overall business success.
- Develop and execute territory and channel partner sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals
- Co-create annual and quarterly business plans with partners, including financial reviews (P&L, balance sheets, market data)
- Monitor territory KPIs, forecasts, and financial performance, adjusting strategies to optimize outcomes
- Build and maintain relationships with partner executives, sales, marketing, technical, and finance teams
- Identify market opportunities, expand partner coverage, and promote solutions aligned with customer needs
- Conduct partner trainings, ensure technical certification standards, and support marketing and demand generation initiatives
- Communicate updates on product launches, pricing, and distribution, reporting performance, challenges, and opportunities to management
- Leverage internal resources to support partner management, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasting accuracy
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in printing devices, office products, and related software with channel partners or copier dealers
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and achieve financial targets
- Strong knowledge of market conditions, channel sales, and solution selling techniques
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems, forecasting, and business development
- Financial acumen including understanding P&L statements and balance sheets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building and conflict resolution capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce CRM
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 40–50% of the time
- Preferred: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree in business, operations, or marketing a plus
- Competitive base salary up to $110,000 depending on experience
