- Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships aligned with growth objectives, building a strong pipeline across relevant industries and stakeholders
- Lead end-to-end business development activities, including prospecting, deal structuring, negotiation, and contract execution
- Establish and manage partner relationships at a senior level, ensuring alignment, performance, and long-term value creation
- Own and manage partner-related revenue streams, including forecasting, KPI tracking, and performance optimization initiatives
- Develop and implement scalable processes for partner onboarding, engagement, and lifecycle management
- Drive revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and co-marketing opportunities within the partner ecosystem
- Design and execute sales programs and large-scale events, including conferences, workshops, and summits, to enhance engagement and conversion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, finance, and legal teams to align strategies and maximize business impact
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or complex B2B sales roles with a proven track record of closing high-value deals
- Strong expertise in negotiating multi-party agreements, with solid financial and legal acumen
- Experience owning or contributing to revenue targets or P&L management with measurable results
- Excellent executive presence and ability to build relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling programs in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to model deal economics and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience planning and delivering large-scale events or sales initiatives
- Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
