We are seeking a results-driven General Sales Manager to lead our brand new Kia dealership in Colorado Springs. This is a key leadership role responsible for sales growth, profitability, customer experience, and building a high-performing, accountable team.

Pay is $150,000 to $200,000 depending on Experience

What We’re Looking For
- Proven success as a General Sales Manager or Sales Manager in automotive retail
- Strong track record of driving sales volume and profitability
- Expertise in desking deals, CRM management, and inventory control
- High level of accountability, integrity, and leadership presence
- Ability to coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing team
- Strong understanding of compliance, regulations, and dealership operations
