This role leads the strategy, execution, and production of omnichannel marketing initiatives for cardiovascular programs, delivering data-driven, scalable customer experiences across digital and non-personal channels. The Director will develop integrated content and engagement strategies, manage high-performing teams, and ensure campaigns drive meaningful behavior change among healthcare providers. This leader will champion innovation, leveraging AI, personalization, and automation to optimize content and engagement. Operating in a dynamic, collaborative environment, the role requires a balance of strategic vision, operational excellence, and cross-functional influence to maximize impact and improve patient outcomes.
- Lead end-to-end omnichannel marketing strategy, ensuring seamless customer journeys across digital, CRM, paid media, social, and emerging channels.
- Oversee content production operations, delivering compliant, high-quality materials at scale while driving innovation in AI-enabled content.
- Partner with analytics and commercial teams to implement insights-driven campaigns and measure effectiveness.
- Direct cross-functional initiatives with marketing, sales, medical, regulatory, and communications teams.
- Manage agency and vendor partners to execute campaigns efficiently and within budget.
- Build, coach, and develop a multi-disciplinary team to foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and platforms to enhance engagement and ROI.
Requirements:
- Doctorate degree with 4+ years of marketing experience, OR Master’s with 8+ years, OR Bachelor’s with 10+ years.
- Minimum of 4 years of direct leadership or team management experience.
- 8+ years of progressive commercial or marketing experience in biopharma, healthcare, or related industries preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in omnichannel marketing, digital strategy, and content operations at scale.
- Experience implementing data-driven, customer-centric engagement models.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong track record of driving innovation in marketing ecosystems, including AI, personalization, and automation.
- Exceptional strategic, operational, and executional capabilities.
