As a key contributor, you will oversee the full project lifecycle—from planning and coordination to execution and delivery—ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Accountabilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end management of OSP construction and engineering projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project coordination, timelines, and overall organization
  • Develop and manage short- and long-term project plans, including milestones and deadlines
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and effective execution
  • Conduct regular project meetings to drive communication, track progress, and share best practices
  • Perform risk assessments and proactively resolve issues to minimize delays and quality impacts
  • Ensure all stakeholders have the necessary resources and information to execute tasks efficiently
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and deliver clear, concise reporting to leadership
  • Drive process improvements and support LEAN methodologies to enhance efficiency and scalability

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 5 years of telecommunications or equivalent project management experience
  • Proven track record managing large-scale, complex projects and meeting strict deadlines
  • Strong understanding of OSP architectures, including underground, aerial, and building applications
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe
  • Familiarity with LEAN principles and process optimization approaches
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing environments
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings or weekends if required
