We are looking for a dynamic and versatile marketing leader to drive go-to-market strategy and execution in a fast-growing, high-impact environment. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, focusing on highly targeted, account-based marketing initiatives rather than broad campaigns. You will work closely with senior leadership and sales teams to influence pipeline growth and accelerate deal progression across key accounts. From crafting compelling content to managing high-visibility industry events, your work will directly impact revenue and brand positioning. In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute targeted account-based marketing strategies for a defined list of high-value accounts.
- Create and deliver compelling content, including sales enablement materials, case studies, presentations, and thought leadership assets.
- Build and manage multi-touch campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and digital channels to engage key decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with sales and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline goals and specific opportunities.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute participation in industry conferences, including logistics, messaging, and post-event follow-up.
- Organize customer events and digital initiatives to strengthen engagement and brand positioning.
- Track and analyze campaign and event performance, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Support broader go-to-market planning, messaging development, and account segmentation strategies.
The ideal candidate has:
- 4–7 years of marketing experience in B2B, B2G, or SaaS environments.
- Proven experience with account-based marketing and managing targeted account strategies.
- Strong content creation skills across multiple formats, including written, visual, and presentation materials.
- Experience supporting sales teams in complex, enterprise-level deal cycles.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear value propositions.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience marketing to government, municipal, or public sector audiences.
- Background in smart cities, transportation, or urban planning sectors.
- Experience organizing events, conferences, or customer-facing programs.
- Experience in high-growth or early-stage startup environments.
- Familiarity with account segmentation and multi-touch campaign orchestration.
