You will ensure that customers experience a seamless transition from sales to operational use, providing clear guidance, support, and technical expertise throughout their onboarding journey. Success in this role requires balancing personalized customer attention with scalable processes, improving workflows, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. - Lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation process for new customers, ensuring timely provisioning and smooth transitions between teams
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, and Support teams to optimize onboarding workflows and tooling
- Develop and maintain automated processes, knowledge bases, and strategies to streamline customer onboarding
- Provide personalized guidance and support to customers, balancing scalability with a customer-first approach
- Monitor success metrics including onboarding efficiency, customer satisfaction, revenue impact, and process optimization
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in workflows, tools, and internal collaboration strategies
- Foster strong relationships with customers during their initial journey and facilitate smooth handoffs to ongoing support teams
Requirements:
- Experience working with external customers and collaborating with internal sales, support, and success teams
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, cloud-based technologies, and technical onboarding workflows
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a customer-centric mindset
