Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders, bulldozers, cranes, and other machinery.
• Troubleshoot and service complex hydraulic systems, pumps, cylinders, and valves.
• Conduct routine maintenance and preventative services according to equipment schedules.
• Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet job deadlines and customer expectations.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a heavy equipment mechanic.
• Strong expertise in hydraulic systems (troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and rebuilding).
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and service manuals.
• Knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and general mechanical repair.
• High school diploma or GED; technical certifications a plus.
• Valid drivers license (CDL preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
• Certification in hydraulic systems or fluid power.
• Experience with brands such as CAT, John Deere, Case, or Cummings.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Must be local to Guthrie, OK
• Must have basic hand tools (Specialized tools will be provided)
• Ability to travel overnight up to 30%
