ePS Tier 2 Functional Support, User Admin & ERP Operations at Shadow Objects

Job Title: ePS Tier 2 Functional Support, User Administration & ERP Operations (USMC / DoN / DoD)
Location: Telework (U.S.-based, supporting CONUS operations)
Salary Range: $90,000 – $160,000 (commensurate with experience)
Clearance Requirement: Active or eligibility for a U.S. DoD Security Clearance is required

ShadowObjects, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Tier 2 Functional Support Specialist with expertise in Navy ePS and DoD ERP environments (including GFEBS and Navy ERP). This role supports U.S. Marine Corps and Department of the Navy acquisition and financial operations, ensuring end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) continuity, user compliance, and system integration performance.

Tier 2 Incident & End User Support

• Provide Tier 2 functional support for Navy ePS and ERP systems (GFEBS, Navy ERP)
• Troubleshoot procurement, funding, and data integrity issues
• Document findings in NESD and coordinate escalations to Tier 3 support
• Conduct weekly office hours and engage with end users

User Access & Account Lifecycle Management

• Manage user provisioning, role assignments, and deactivations
• Enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) requirements
• Support audit requests and maintain compliance tracking

ERP & Financial Integration Support

• Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Contract Validation Process (CVP) workflows
• Troubleshoot funding validation issues and ERP transaction errors
• Analyze Procurement Data Standard (PDS) transactions and integration flows

Interface & Integration Support

• Support system integrations with Navy ERP, GFEBS, FPDS-NG, AMS, PIEE, and SAM.gov
• Troubleshoot and escalate interface-related issues

Reporting & Metrics

• Develop and maintain reports using NESD and Excel
• Track SLAs, ticket volume, and system performance trends

• 5+ years of experience providing Tier 2 support for enterprise systems
• Strong experience with Navy ePS and ERP systems (GFEBS and/or Navy ERP)
• Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD), DoD security requirements, and audit frameworks
• Experience with NESD and advanced Excel reporting/analysis

• Experience supporting USMC or Department of the Navy environments
• Familiarity with SAP ERP (ECC and/or S/4HANA)
• Experience with FPDS-NG and PIEE

Monday – Friday, 0900 – 1700 EST, with occasional surge support as required
