You will be responsible for assessing creditworthiness, monitoring portfolio risk, and helping shape frameworks that ensure financial resilience across international operations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to building scalable risk processes that support global growth and operational stability. You will also collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance automation and AI-driven risk capabilities. - Underwrite new credit applications and assess existing exposures, providing clear recommendations to senior credit leadership on risk decisions
- Monitor and manage credit risk at a portfolio level, implementing strategies to reduce exposure and potential losses
- Conduct detailed financial statement analysis, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow assessments to evaluate client financial health
- Support the design and continuous improvement of enterprise risk frameworks, including risk registers, mitigation strategies, and exposure quantification
- Develop and enhance key risk policies such as Business Continuity Planning and Third-Party Risk Management frameworks
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to automate risk controls, interventions, and reporting processes using data and AI-driven tools
- Provide insights, reporting, and recommendations to strengthen overall risk governance and decision-making
- 4+ years of experience in credit risk, corporate finance, audit, or business operations roles with strong analytical exposure
- Proven ability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness and enterprise risk factors
- Strong understanding of credit risk principles, portfolio management, and enterprise risk frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities in cross-functional environments
- Experience working independently in fast-paced, global or high-growth environments
- Demonstrated interest or experience in automation, AI tools, and process optimization is highly desirable
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Annual salary between €46,600 and €69,900 EUR, depending on experience and location
