This role is a senior, high-impact marketing position focused on driving expansion, cross-sell, and upsell pipeline within an established customer base. You will own the strategy and execution of integrated demand generation programs designed to increase product adoption and uncover new revenue opportunities across existing accounts. The position blends strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution, requiring a strong ability to translate customer insights and intent signals into targeted, high-performing marketing programs. You will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to align demand efforts with revenue goals and customer lifecycle strategies. This is a highly collaborative, data-driven environment where success is measured by pipeline creation, conversion, and revenue influence. In this role, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of customer demand generation programs that drive expansion and revenue growth across existing accounts. Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and owning customer demand generation strategy across assigned products and segments, focusing on cross-sell and upsell pipeline creation.
- Designing and executing integrated multi-channel campaigns, including email, paid media, webinars, events, content syndication, and sales-triggered programs.
- Partnering closely with Sales and Account Management teams to align campaigns with revenue priorities, account plays, and pipeline goals.
- Translating customer data, engagement signals, and lifecycle insights into targeted segmentation, messaging, and campaign strategies.
- Driving measurable business outcomes, including MQLs, pipeline contribution, sales-ready accounts, and revenue influence.
- Managing marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) to build, execute, and optimize campaigns at scale.
- Continuously testing and optimizing campaign performance through experimentation, analytics, and data-driven iteration.
- Collaborating with Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Digital, and Creative teams to develop compelling, customer-centric content.
- Managing budgets and optimizing spend to maximize ROI and pipeline impact.
- Establishing scalable playbooks, reporting frameworks, and best practices to improve demand generation effectiveness across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned demand generation expert with strong analytical capability and proven success in driving expansion marketing programs. You should be highly collaborative, data-driven, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment. Key qualifications include:
- 6–8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in SaaS or fintech.
- Proven success driving expansion, cross-sell, or upsell pipeline within existing customer bases.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and sales-aligned campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (campaign building, reporting, optimization).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering closely with Sales and senior leadership.
