Accountabilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their home service needs and provide tailored product and service recommendations.
  • Use consultative selling techniques to identify opportunities and close sales effectively while maintaining a strong customer experience.
  • Deliver high-quality customer support throughout the sales process, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of home service offerings, market trends, and competitor solutions to position services effectively.
  • Manage customer interactions using CRM tools and ensure accurate documentation of sales activities and follow-ups.
  • Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets in a performance-driven environment.
  • Support additional responsibilities as needed to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in inside sales, preferably B2C or home services/utility-related sales, is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette, tone, and interpersonal ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a sales-driven environment with targets and performance expectations.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
