- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives, ensuring consistent improvement in outbound performance and professional growth
- Drive daily hands-on training in prospecting, cold calling, objection handling, and sales execution best practices
- Establish clear performance goals and KPIs, including meetings booked, pipeline generation, and conversion metrics
- Build structured career development pathways for SDRs, supporting progression into Account Executive roles
- Develop and optimize outbound sales strategies, cadences, and messaging to improve engagement and efficiency
- Partner with recruiting and onboarding teams to hire and integrate top talent aligned with culture and performance expectations
- Foster a high-energy, collaborative, and inclusive team environment rooted in accountability and shared success
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of sales experience with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role managing SDR or BDR teams
- Proven track record of developing SDR talent into quota-carrying Account Executives
- Strong expertise in outbound sales methodologies, including cold calling, sequencing, and social selling strategies
- Experience with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, or similar platforms
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with strong emotional intelligence and leadership presence
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimization
- Passion for coaching, mentoring, and helping others achieve professional growth and success
