This executive leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing the strategic partnership vision across a large, complex portfolio of technology-enabled compliance and financial services solutions. The Vice President, Partnerships will play a critical role in accelerating revenue growth through the development of high-impact alliances, ecosystem expansion, and go-to-market collaborations. This leader will work closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to identify new market opportunities and strengthen the organization’s competitive positioning. The role requires deep expertise in B2B partnerships, strong commercial acumen, and a proven ability to build and scale strategic relationships. Operating in a fast-paced and highly regulated industry environment, the VP will drive both innovation and measurable business outcomes. This is a high-visibility position with significant influence on long-term growth strategy and market expansion.
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with overall business and growth objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships with SaaS providers, technology vendors, and industry stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Drive partnership-led revenue growth through co-selling, co-marketing, referral programs, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership programs.
- Expand market reach by identifying new channels, ecosystems, and commercial opportunities.
- Enable partners with the tools, training, and resources needed to effectively position and sell solutions.
- Monitor partnership performance, track KPIs, and optimize initiatives to maximize revenue and strategic impact.
- Lead and develop a high-performing partnerships team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in senior sales or partnership leadership roles within complex B2B or enterprise environments.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and ecosystem development.
- Strong background in partner-oriented selling, ideally within technology-enabled financial services, compliance, or SaaS industries.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, scale, and inspire high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate vision into executable plans.
- Strong analytical and business acumen with experience using data to guide decision-making.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills across executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
