Senior Product Manager, Android at Jobgether – India

In this role, you will lead the strategy and evolution of a unified Android device management platform within a broader identity and access ecosystem. You will shape how Android endpoints integrate into a cross-platform device management experience spanning Windows, macOS, and Linux, ensuring a seamless and secure experience for IT administrators. This position sits at the intersection of mobile device management, identity, and security, with a strong emphasis on building a Zero Trust–aligned architecture. You will define the roadmap for Android Enterprise Mobility Management while collaborating closely with identity, security, and engineering teams. Your work will directly influence how organizations manage device lifecycle, enforce compliance, and secure access to critical resources. This is a high-impact, platform-focused role in a fast-paced SaaS environment where product decisions shape enterprise-wide security and usability.

You will be responsible for defining and driving the product strategy for Android device management within a unified identity and endpoint management platform.

• Define and own the roadmap for Android Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) within a cross-platform device ecosystem.
• Integrate Android device posture into identity-driven Conditional Access and Zero Trust security policies.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management capabilities, including Zero-Touch enrollment, provisioning, and automated offboarding.
• Drive Managed Google Play integration, enabling seamless app curation and deployment for enterprise users.
• Design and enhance security policies for BYOD and fully managed Android devices, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with identity and directory teams to enable attribute-based device grouping and policy enforcement.
• Translate customer feedback, analytics, and platform insights into prioritized product features and improvements.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, security, and design teams to deliver scalable and reliable product capabilities.

The ideal candidate brings strong product management expertise in Unified Endpoint Management or MDM, with deep knowledge of the Android Enterprise ecosystem and platform thinking.

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in UEM or MDM-focused products.
• Strong expertise in Android Enterprise (EMM), including enrollment methods (Zero-Touch, QR), DPC, and Work Profiles.
• Experience building platform products that integrate into broader SaaS, identity, or directory ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust security models and device-based access control principles.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into clear product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using customer insights and data to drive prioritization.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile SaaS environments is highly desirable.
