Occupational Rehab Therapy Aide at Excel Orthopaedic Specialists – Woburn, Massachusetts

We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Rehab Aide to support our Occupational Therapists in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic setting. This is NOT a summer position.

This is a hands-on, team-based role where you’ll work side-by-side with therapists to help deliver high-quality patient care while also assisting with light administrative responsibilities.

• Prepare treatment areas, materials, and equipment for therapy sessions
• Clean and maintain therapy equipment and clinical spaces
• Assist patients moving to and from treatment areas
• Restock and organize clinical supplies
• Support front desk operations, including:
  • Answering phones
  • Scheduling appointments
• Help maintain smooth clinic flow in a high-volume environment

• Strong ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable working with a high volume of patients and competing priorities
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Professional, tactful, and respectful communication style
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Some college coursework preferred
• Previous healthcare or customer service experience is a plus
