Remote Junior Customer Service Coordinator
We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic customer service coordinator to join our team.
This position is fully remote. The candidate must reside in one of the following states: NJ/NY/CT/ FL.
Shift Available:
- 11:00 am – 7:00 pm
Are you an energetic team player with excellent communication skills? Your personable phone manner, positive energy and problem-solving skills will be fully utilized as you uphold our high customer service standards.
The right candidate for this position is a self-starter with previous customer service experience, strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Office and experience working with CRM systems. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Coordinator who can:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, and live chat
- Accurately place customer orders and maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Take ownership of customer issues and ensure timely, effective resolution through appropriate follow-up
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude
