The Role at a Glance:

This hands-on position involves unloading trucks, organizing and stacking inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining accurate records through scanning and tracking systems.

In this fast-paced environment, you will work closely with a team to keep operations running efficiently while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety are essential, as your work directly impacts service quality and customer satisfaction.


How You’ll Contribute:

The Warehouse Associate – Logistics is responsible for receiving, inspecting, unloading, and accurately storing incoming shipments while ensuring all materials are properly documented and organized. This role includes preparing, staging, and loading outbound shipments for delivery or transport, as well as verifying shipment contents against packing slips, bills of lading, and work orders.

In addition, the Warehouse Associate – Logistics will scan, track, and update inventory using warehouse management systems or handheld devices to maintain accurate inventory records. This position is responsible for organizing warehouse space to maximize efficiency, reporting damaged goods, shortages, or shipment discrepancies, and assisting drivers, movers, and logistics staff with loading, routing, and shipment coordination.

The role also requires maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following all company safety procedures and applicable regulations. The Warehouse Associate – Logistics may assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, warehouse audits, customer or vendor interactions, and other operational projects as needed to support business demands.


Qualifications and Skills:

Education/Work Experience

High school diploma or GED preferred.Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred but not required.Experience using scanners, warehouse systems, or material handling equipment is a plus.
