This senior HR leadership role acts as a key strategic advisor to executive leadership within a fast-growing, data-driven organization operating at global scale. The position plays a critical role in aligning people strategy with business objectives, enabling organizational performance, and shaping a high-impact culture across a 300+ employee business unit. You will partner closely with senior executives to influence organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and change management initiatives. This is a highly visible role within the North America HR function, requiring strong advisory capabilities and the ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable people solutions. The environment is dynamic, transformation-oriented, and deeply focused on data, innovation, and growth. You will also collaborate across global HR teams and centers of excellence to ensure consistent execution of people strategies that support long-term business success.
- Partner with senior leaders and executive stakeholders to align HR strategy with business growth objectives and organizational priorities.
- Translate business strategy into actionable people initiatives across talent, structure, culture, and leadership development.
- Lead organizational design and change management efforts supporting transformation, scaling, and business evolution.
- Drive workforce planning and talent strategy, ensuring the organization has the right capabilities and capacity for future growth.
- Oversee performance management frameworks and coach leaders on feedback, accountability, and employee development.
- Support succession planning and leadership pipeline development for critical roles across the organization.
- Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, compliance, and risk mitigation in partnership with legal and HR teams.
- Leverage HR analytics and workforce data to inform decision-making and provide insights to senior leadership.
- 7–12+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR Business Partner or strategic HR leadership roles.
- Strong background in organizational development, change management, and workforce transformation in fast-paced environments.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership teams and influencing business strategy through people solutions.
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational effectiveness principles.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using HR data and metrics to drive business decisions.
- Proven ability to coach senior leaders and managers on performance, leadership, and talent development.
- Experience in scaling organizations and supporting growth-oriented business environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
